I agree that this dog will not be bred unless approval is obtained by Havanese Superstar and that you have paid for a FULL registration. If dog is bred a fine of $1000 is owed to Havanese Superstar for breaking contract & cost of full registration to breed ____________ initial.
I agree to spay or neuter this puppy between the ages of 12-18 months for the puppies best health unless I have a breeding contract from Havanese Superstar. __________ initial.
I understand that the $300 hold fee on a specific puppy or 1st/2nd choice of a puppy is non-refundable after 7th week. If I decide not to purchase the puppy on hold than I lose my hold fee as the breeder could have sold the puppy to someone else. _______________ initial.
I agree that this dog will be part of my family and live in my home as such and will not be ever put in an outdoor kennel or in an indoor kennel except for very short periods of time when on vacation. I also agree that this dog will be kept indoors as Havanese are from Cuba and are not equipped to handle cold weather. __________ initial
